La Madre Canyon Grill: A Culinary Oasis in Las Vegas

First time trying La Madre, came by on Easter Sunday after their brunch event. I was the only guest at the time so Josh was super attentive & the assistant manager Ericka as well. Very nice space, I sat at the bar! Didn’t realize they were under renovation until the assistant manager told me. Food & Drink Ratings: Huckleberry Fizz 9/10 Tamarind Margarita 7/10 Truffle Burger + Fries 10/10 Pastries & Desserts 9/10

If you have been wondering about this place, wonder no more! Go! It's a wonderful way to spend an evening! From the top shelf bar and friendly bartender, Connor. You will love your meal from start to finish. Great food, service and drinks. Priced good for all you get and have I mentioned how wonderful the service was? George our waiter is on top of his game! I love this place. They are remodeling so it's not quite where they will be but who cares?!? It's great!! Definitely going back and gonna try all the drinks on the happy hour menu!! La Madre Canyon you have my vote!

Had the Chorizo Eggs Benedict and diet coke. It was delicious. The If I didn't have an appointment after, I would've gotten the bottomless mimosas like my 2 friends did. They offer a lot of juice choices for the mimosas. We ate outside on the patio as the weather was cooler. The inside looked very nice and updated. Our server, Domingo, was very attentive. I'd go back.

We love brunch places with tasty food and amazing cocktails and this is the spot Dining room was packed so we sat at the bar.. only 1 bartender but he was on his game AND very knowledgeable of other exotic drinks...spocked a leblon Brazilian liquor in his arsenal, so I asked if he could make a caipirihna he said yes and it was delicious! Another plus is they have bottomless mimosas, for an additional price, BUT, your not limited to 1 or 2 different flavors! I love this because I wanna try something different. Downside is... you got 90 minutes before cut off, so choose your flavors wisely Anyway, food was amazing my veggie omlette was perfectly seasoned with herbs/S&P as well as my potatoes. My photo is an " oh yeah, take a picture" moment but this place kicks out delicious food, so I forgot. On the weekend they bake amazing French pastries. This place gets packed so call ahead or get on a wait list.

First time trying this restaurant for brunch. Located off the 215 and Flamingo Blvd. Slight wait with reservations, but while you wait they offer samples of their backed goods. What we ordered: 1.) Sakura Eggs Benedict $17.00 My husband was not a fan of the shaved pork ham and said it would have tasted better if the ham was grilled a bit. 2.) Smoked Salmon on Bagel $23.00 we asked for bagel to be toasted well it was Not so we were a bit disappointed. 3.) Fruit Salad $7.00 Fruit was fresh and tasty. We might give this place one more try.

This place has the best happy hour! The serves are always so nice and welcoming. We went here for my mom’s birthday and they went above and beyond for her. Their Caesar tacos are so delicious and I love their nachoquiles with the birria! Tried their truffle fries for the first time and there were SO GOOD and crispy. Love this place, such a good staple for happy hour!

A tight squeeze ... As our party of four were seated at one of the small, back-of-the-restaurant, 4-top tables along the windows. Which made us feel uncomfortable especially once all of our food and drinks were delivered. As for the food iself, I really enjoyed my avocado toast to which I added salmon & it was a generous amount of salmon too. Another order was the protein scramble and that was really good too, a nice blend of flavors.The soup was simple & as expected. But, the waffle was lonely and disappointing, coming only with a side of syrup. There was sO much more on the menu I want to come back for ... pretty eclectic! But, PLEASE (management) consider resurfacing to enlarge or exchange your small 4tops tables.

We visited La Madre to celebrate Mother’s Day with my mother-in-law, and we were all thoroughly impressed! The quality and flavor of the food were outstanding. I started with a cinnamon roll latte—it was packed with flavor and served in a generous cup. For my meal, I had the chicken and waffles, which came with both gravy and syrup. The waffle was flavorful, the chicken was juicy breast meat with a perfectly crispy coating, and the combination was absolutely delicious. My husband couldn’t stop raving about the salsa roja that came with his flank steak and eggs. He originally asked for A1 sauce, but ended up loving the salsa so much he didn’t even touch it! My mother-in-law really enjoyed her vanilla latte and eggs Benedict and left very satisfied. We were so full we didn’t get a chance to try the pastries—but they looked amazing! We’ll definitely be back to try more. Highly recommend!
